IMPORTANT: Mad Hill Peppers sells Fresh peppers ONLY from July-October 15. We sell powdered and dried peppers all year, but some quantities are limited. If you order quantities of dried or powdered peppers that exceed our stock, then we will substitute a pepper that is similar in heat, flavor and texture.
